Your hives. Your weather. Your bloom. Every Sunday.

Dear fellow beekeeper,
Whether you're still thinking about your first hive, finishing your first season, or have kept bees for decades: welcome.
My name is Curtis Smith. My father and I keep bees in Putney, in south Georgia. When we started, we found plenty of advice, but most of it wasn't written for our weather, our bloom or our hives. A hive in the north Georgia mountains and a hive in Putney can need different things in the very same week.
So we built the guide we wished we had. Every Sunday it tells you the best days to open your hives, what's blooming near you, what to watch for this time of year, and how each of your hives is doing, based on what you send us.
I'm still fairly new to beekeeping myself, so I don't ask you to take my word for anything. Every fact comes from university extension programs, starting with UGA, along with USDA guidance and established research, and every page says where it came from. Where experienced beekeepers do things differently, we say so.
I'd be glad to have you with us.

A weekly report built for your exact spot and your own hives: your forecast, your bloom, a report card and a to-do list for each hive, and one lesson a week. By email every Sunday. Print it or read it on your phone.
Most bee advice is written for somebody else's yard. Bees in Blairsville and bees in Putney live different weeks. We want every beekeeper, new or seasoned, to know what their bees need now.
Built for your location, not a whole region. Your own hives, not general tips. A year-long record of every hive, kept for you. Every fact cited to a university or government source. Big print, no app, no password.
